Founded in 2025 by Elisabetta Elia, the mission at Capital Rose is to help women reconnect with their professional and personal identity whether it's about honouring the profound journey of motherhood or your own individual growth.
Alongside women, we partner with organisations to create workplaces that support, retain, and uplift mothers, because when women are understood and supported to thrive, companies do too.
